Returns: 

You can return unworn items within 14 days of receipt of the order. If you wish to return or exchange an item, please notify us by email at cosyno.berlin@gmail.com and return the item within 14 days of receipt. Please make sure that the customer's name is given as the sender on the package so that we can match the return to your order.

Refund: 

If you want a refund of the purchase price you only pay the cost of sending the item back to us. Once the item has arrived and we have checked the condition, we will refund the item price. This process can take up to 14 days, but is usually quicker. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed using the payment method you previously selected. Please note that this process can take 1-3 business days for some payment providers.
