Time & fees:

Germany: 3-5 business days | 0 €

Europe: 4-7 business days | 9,90 €

International: 5-7 business days | 25 €

Processing time: 

We ship all orders within 1-2 business days Monday to Friday.

Payment with Klarna Sofort:

Please note that the shipping time may be longer if you pay with Klarna Sofort. This is because the processing time for this payment method is business 1-2 days. We can only ship the order after we have received the payment confirmation from Klarna.

Customs Fees: 

Please note that your local customs office may charge fees. We have no control over these costs and therefore cannot estimate them in advance. Please check with your customs office before placing your order. 

Shipment tracking: 

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will automatically receive an email with a tracking link to follow the progress of your shipment. This gives you the option of specifying the delivery location, e.g. a parcel shop, or changing the delivery day.


You can return unworn items within 14 days of receipt of the order. If you wish to return or exchange an item, please notify us by email at and return the item within 14 days of receipt. Please make sure that the customer's name is given as the sender on the package so that we can match the return to your order.

If you want a refund of the purchase price you only pay the cost of sending the item back to us. Once the item has arrived and we have checked the condition, we will refund the item price. This process can take up to 14 days, but is usually quicker. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed using the payment method you previously selected. Please note that this process can take 1-3 business days for some payment providers.
